Overview

By using the Ugly Hands store and booking our permanent jewelry services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

Orders & pricing

All prices are listed in the store and may change without notice. We do our best to keep product details, stock, and pricing accurate, but errors can happen — we reserve the right to cancel and refund any order affected by an obvious mistake.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance when we send your order confirmation email.

Permanent jewelry appointments

Permanent jewelry is welded to fit and has no clasp. By booking, you confirm you understand the piece is intended to be worn continuously and is removed by cutting the chain, which can be re-welded later.

Welding is performed away from skin with appropriate protection. Tell your jeweler about any metal allergies, pacemakers, or other medical devices before your appointment.

Permanent jewelry & MRIs

Let medical staff know about any permanent jewelry before an MRI or medical procedure. The chain can be cut and re-welded at a later visit.
