When your order ships, what it costs, and how returns work.
Processing time
Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking link when it ships.
Shipping options
- ·Standard shipping — 3–7 business days.
- ·Express shipping — 1–3 business days, calculated at checkout.
- ·Free standard shipping on orders over $100.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. We currently ship within the country; contact us for international requests.
Permanent jewelry appointments
Permanent (welded) jewelry is fitted in person at an appointment or pop-up — it is not shipped. Book a slot and we will weld your piece to fit on the day.
Returns
Unworn, non-permanent items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Email hello@uglyhands.com to start a return and we will send instructions.
- ·Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- ·Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive the return.
- ·Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived faulty.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety, the following can’t be returned: permanent welded jewelry (fitted to you), earrings, gift cards, and final-sale items.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right at no cost to you.
